Since the Beta Release of MS Exchange 2010 in June, there have been over 500,000 downloads from the Technology Adoption Partners Program. Apparently, the beta version must have been successful, because just two months later, Microsoft has announced that the MS Exchange 2010 service pack 1 isavailable for download.
The original Exchange product shipped in October 2009. SP1 includes new features and functionality, such as archiving and discovery updates. There are Outlook Web App improvements, and mobile user and management improvements. Also, there are some additional User Interface changes for management tasks.
What else? Outlook Web App will see some improvements. On the Outlook Web App front, SP1 will offer a faster reading experience, which as a result of enhancements for pre-fetching message content, will make Outlook Web Access work better on smaller netbook screens. Plus, users will be able to share calendars even with anonymous viewers using the Web.

Each of these topics have additional subtopics that reflect an intensive commitment to bring changes, not just from the requests of customers and users, but also from technology advances that they see occurring indifferent areas of server, operating system, or network and communications support. As the enhancements occur, they filter their way down and become a part of the software fabric.
Because of the wide number of flavors of Windows, which version supports Exchange? Operating systems include Windows 7 Professional 64-bit; Windows Server 2008; Windows Server 2008 Enterprise; Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise; Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard; and Windows Vista 64-bit Editions with Service Pack 1.
