I do not think so, otherwise EVERYONE with Office 2007 would get a free upgrade, this is for people who purchased it in the time the offer is valid.

I have a query about the Office 2010 Technology Guarantee program. I purchased Office 2007 a few years ago now but recently I have been using the office beta for some time now. If i reinstall the 2007 office can i activate it and redeem the Tech Guarantee?
