Add Collaboration Features to Windows 7 with Shared View
SharedView is a Microsoft Collaboration product that you can download at no cost. You can connect with up to 15 people in different locations showing them what’s on your screen. It is Sharepoint very, very lite. This is a real time collaborative product. You need a Windows Live ID to start the sessions. You can invite others to join you.

Here is the installation procedure:
Download-SharedView from Microsoft

Download-SharedView & Run
Click the Run option to begin the installation process
Download-SharedView - Setup and Install
Run the software
Run and Install
Accept the license agreement…and begin.
Download-SharedView - The Installer Program ... Accept the defaults
The installation is almost complete.

When the installation is complete...this screen will appear.
Run the program…click one of the SharedView icons.
Run the program and start a session.
Start a session
Details about the session appear...your session name is the most important item.
Once the details are available…you can now start a collaborative session by inviting others.
Now invite others to the session...and let the collaboration begin.
Use the menu bar to send messages or share files or images.
