		<description>I completely agree with Stephen, I have used the xp and vista guides to help secure my systems for a long time. The NSA didn&#039;t actually &quot;do&quot; anything to my system, they simply provide a free guide to anyone who wants or needs it as a guide to securing the operating system from threats.</description>
