I’ve just installed a very basic Windows 7 theme that has a nice clean Windows 7 Wallpaper that I think looks quite cool. The free Windows 7 theme comes from the ThinkDifferent team. I’ve zoomed into the main wallpaper from the Start Windows 7 Theme so you can see the detail in the center:
