		<description>Of course, this only fixes the 62% issue.  To be clear, small numbers of Vista users have experienced the upgrade process freezing at other percentage(s) complete.  Some have also just had it fail outright earlier in the process.  Microsoft has had tunnel vision about the 62% complete problem, at the expense of those other issues.  BTW, all were identified immediately after the release of the RTM in August.  As good as Windows 7 is, the installer problems continue to demonstrate that they have a long way to go before they can claim to be on top of quality control.  Oh, before some random Mac user chimes in with the wonders of Mac quality, there were (and are) much bigger issues with Snow Leopard on many machines.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Stephen</description>
