Just left click th eicon in the taskbar and hold the mouse. Slide the mouse upwards without releasing the icon and the Jump List will appeared smoothly according to the movements of your mouse. Release the mouse when the Jump List totally appears.

How you can get Jump List with single/double left click? I tried that but nope. It only works for me by single right clicking the icon in taskbar --> jump list appears --> I can choose the desired action e.g., play all music for WMP. Windows 7 x64 RTM (U.S.A. English language).

That way of using the Jump List is desing for Touch Screens: the user touchs and holds the icon with the finger and then slide it upwards for the Jump List to appeared. For this kind of users it would be hard to right-click the icon.

You can find this same effect on Internet Explorer 8 (Only works with Windows 7): hold the address bar with your mouse or finger and slide it down and the History of websites you have visited will appeared in a smooth effect.

I've been using these 2 effects since the Beta of Windows 7.

Nope, it's left alright, the traditional method is just a single right click,
