sometimes when working in a document or website, I accidentally shrink the view by something I'm doing with the laptop mouse. the more i try to correct it, the smaller it gets. What am I doing to cause this and how can I turn it off

Another tip about Sticky Notes: when you pin it to the taskbar, Windows loads it up automatically at startup so you don't forget!
