I agree Sean. Ubuntu doesn't even have a “Look”, exclusive too or introduced by itself, besides wallpapers, human icons and the splash screen. Everything else can be found in other Linux Distros. So its more a Linux look rather than a Ubuntu Look. Also windows and Mac OSX's themes are distinctively Windows and Mac.

Ubuntu is ugly when compared to Windows and Mac OSX. That brown is not very cool. Ubuntu user usually change to look for that purpose. Windows and OSX need less tweaking to look good

Ubuntu is amazing, I really don't understand why you say that is ugly, not for nothing many windows special effects are copied from the “ugly ubuntu”, strange. Sure is more complicated, but like eden say “at least we learn something”.
Strange thing is that I've found many “windows” users and they are searching a ubuntu alike pack to change the windows style…
strage…. very strange…
Don't say windows is better… JUST BECAUSE YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO USE LINUX.

I don't understand why you say linux looks ugly? do you mean that linux is very very easily customizable but I have no imagination so there for my installation is not as flashy as I would like . . . .
although tbh I think the standard ubuntu install is pretty pleasing on the eye!

Dear Everton, it isn't for Linux Ubuntu, but Kubuntu. Be sure please that Kubuntu doesn't look ugly and try to search something about KDE4.3.... e.g. http://www.kde.org/ May be you will be surprised that exist nice thing without the Microsoft trademark. Thanks

But I don’t know how to do the Theme and to show those thumbnails and gather all the windows into one thumbnail at the taskbar… How do I do this?? and the “install.sh”

I prefer Windows (Vista SP1) but there’s something to be said for an OS that can be modified so heavily (and still has the most secure set-up).
