Microsoft has published a short video that is detailing the changes that have been made in the release candidate of Windows 7. It walks the viewer through a number of changes and features of the Windows 7 RC. It covers the major improvements including the User Account Control, Windows taskbar, jumplists, power profiles and new keyboard shortcuts. The video has been designed for users without a specific technical background as it visualizes the changes nicely.
