Official Windows 7 Release Candidate Information
Users who decided to wait for the official release candidate are probably delighted to hear that Microsoft is still aiming for a public release on May 5. Technet and MSDN subscribers can start downloading the release candidate on April 30 which is less than a week from now. Waiting another five or eleven days should not be that of a problem for most users as there are not a lot of obvious changes to previous builds in the release candidate. Stay tuned, we will let you know as soon as the official download links begin to appear on Microsoft websites.
