It took several hours though so be prepared. Take note that while most applications will still run as before, some Microsoft apps seem to act like it's being run for the first time. For example, I lost my playlists in Media Player. I hope the instructions are available for RC to Final upgrade as well because I dread thinking that I'd need to do a fresh install. I’ve managed to upgrade Windows 7 from Beta to RC without any issues following the instructions above. It took several hours though so be prepared.
