They are both available in doc format and cover specific topics of interests to IT professionals. The What’s New document covers “many new and changed Windows 7 features of interest to IT professionals, including DirectAccess, BranchCache and other networking technologies, VHD boot and other deployment technologies, and AppLocker, Biometrics, and other security technologies.” while Windows 7 Manageability provides an overview of improvements in regards to manageability in Windows 7.
