Microsoft has released a list of 36 changes – not all of the changes but some notable ones – that have been implemented into the release candidate builds of Windows 7. All items are explained on the Engineering Windows 7 blog. Works are still underway and the full time machines at Microsoft are still running the Windows 7 Beta build.
