We mentioned earlier that Microsoft had the intention to release the Windows 7 Release Candidate in late February. It turned out however that the Windows 7 Release Candidate has been delayed to March or even April as the first builds did not meet the quality standards of the Microsoft developers. The guys at Neowin are reporting that the release candidate of Windows 7 will be released on April 10. Good news is that the build will be available broadly which means that it will not be limited to the United States only.
