My boyfriend really wants to download windows 7, but is only getting low speeds also, as there any site that will put it onto cd for him ? his birthday is coming up and that would make him happy.

Should also be said that all serial keys seem to work 100% for all subsequent versions of win7 and you can activate all of them up until August this year. So, if you miss this download for some reason, or if you don’t want to use the crappy download “manager” M$ has come up with to download win7b, you can’t just download it through p2p or get a friends copy.

I tried four attempts to download via 756kbs DSL @ home.
Every download would get to 99% then a corrupt file error.
Luckly, I was able to get it succesfully last night using my laptop & aircard. Cost me 2.67GB of 5GBÂ usage though.
