Does anyone know of a class action lawsuit or any way to get a refund on Vista?

I have a copy of OEM Home Premium which I opened, tested and removed, and also a copy of Vista Ultimate still sealed, never opened, and was unable to return to the store for refund.

Is EbayÂ my only choice for both of these?Â

For me the issue with Vista is compatibility, both with older Microsoft operating systems and with third party applications.

Until they do something about this neither Vista nor 7 will be attractive to me.

Don’t ya think that Windows operating systems have got a little bloated?

Hardware gets bigger and faster, but we never see the benefit because Windows eats it all up and then begs for more.

I think the fundamental structural changes madei n Vista that will be present in 7 means that either way, you'll be training for what is basically the same system (to the user).
