I have already Windows 7 Build 6519. It’s much more fast and friendly but they are the same of Vista. Hope to change.

I just saw a screenshot of the Windows 7 desktop. Well it’s totally vista-ish (for the taskbar and the start menu). I didn’t see any explorer window yet but i hope that there will be changes on the graphical side of the OS. And i also think that it is great news that they decided to make this new Windows less heavy/more performant. Now let’s hope they will be up to the challenge !

It works good on my test PC. Can’t wait for the final release. By the way, the group did not make a mistake by saying it expires in June 2008, they mean that as soon as you BIOS date hits June 2008 it will cease to function. That is the whole reason for having to modify your bios. If you try to install it without changing the date, it will not work.

Microsoft decided to give out milestone1 a refresh instead of calling it beta or alpha, will see how low they go with the market share when Mac is releasing new version and Ubuntu will make 8.10version while win7 is hiding for 3 years…
